About this role:
The Business Development Representative plays a key role in executing the company's expansion strategy. We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our team to develop new executive relationships, identify their unique challenges, and secure new opportunities with financial service providers. The role combines prospecting, consulting, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
On-Site, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
This position will work and report to the SVP of Sales to grow our technology footprint, within the North America-US financial services marketplace.
Responsible for business development efforts, including research, calling, and emailing.
Develop in-depth knowledge of target accounts to plan approach.
Interface with key decision makers and senior leaders to uncover pain points.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and effectively articulate value.
Position Requirements
Requirements/Key Attributes:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, graduate degree preferred.
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a face paced environment and makes things happen.
Sales experience in technology SaaS or financial services.
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint.
Creativity & Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.

Salary Range
$60k - $75k plus Business Development Incentive plan that includes a quarterly incentive bonus based on the number of qualified opportunities generated.
