HealthKick partners with exclusive brands in the fitness and healthy lifestyle space to create a premium wellness experience for employees.  As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will pursue new brand partnerships that are a natural fit for HealthKick's platform to grow HealthKick's network within the health, fitness and wellness industries across current and new markets, and also build HealthKick’s partnership marketing revenue channel.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Achieve ambitious partner growth targets across geographies and wellbeing pillars (sweat, wear, nourish thrive, groom)

  2. Implement organizational systems and procedures to ensure new partner opportunities are prioritized and systematically prospected and managed to close to achieve monthly conversion targets and strategic goals

  3. Develop email cadences and talk tracks to support partner outreach with cold email, calls and in-person meetings

  4. Pursue in-bound brand requests from HealthKick employee members

  5. Lead calls or meetings with new prospective partners to present HealthKick opportunity

  6. Structure new partnerships, including negotiating partner offer(s) to HealthKick members and partnership terms; 

  7. Up-sell new partners on tiered marketing packages for additional brand awareness and exposure

  8. Work with partnership marketing team on new partner launch campaigns, including offer to employee ambassadors and brand influencers to feature in HealthKick blog, as part of a launch campaign 

  9. Define success metrics for each partnership and work with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure delivery of value to partner.

  10. Work with marketing and customer to develop case studies and marketing materials including monthly newsletters of HealthKick partner initiatives / campaigns to drive

 

Desired skills and attributes

· Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of knowledge in one of the following capacities: Sales, Partnerships or Business Development role  

· Energized by meeting new people and exploring opportunities to collaborate

· Hungry to close deals and make things happen

· Self-directed - able to operate effectively with limited guidance and supervision; comfortable working in an unstructured start-up environment

· Team player who works collaboratively across functions

· Superb communication skills; excellent written and verbal skills

· Highly organized & detail oriented- skilled at setting milestones/deadlines and sticking to them

· Creative & curious- can think of interesting and practical ways to collaborate with different partners

· Comfortable building financial justification for new partnerships and upselling enhanced marketing opportunities to partners
