The Department: web3 initiatives

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to help drive sales and grow the reach of our expanding web3 initiatives at Gemini. You will market this new business initiative to a wide variety of users; attracting new partners and identifying potential business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is resourceful, organized and excited about the blockchain ecosystem and the future of web3.

Responsibilities:

• You will pitch potential partners on Gemini’s web3 mission and vision
• Work closely with the team to put together presentations, growth strategies and stay aligned on key goals and objectives.
• Implement a creative strategy for outreach and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research and stay up to date on the web3 / blockchain world

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate with various levels of stakeholders, clients and leadership
• Comfortable doing significant networking - cold outreach, online, phone and in person
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to tolerate a fast-paced environment under pressure
• An interest in art, design or blockchain a plus
