About you: The ideal candidate is a charismatic, creative, and detail-oriented individual who is obsessed with solving their client’s problems. Are you energized by complex, multi-variable negotiations? Do you have a proven track record of building and maintaining deep client relationships at the Executive/C-suite level within Financial Service organizations long term? 

Responsibilities:

  • Building new partnerships: with large advisory organizations and with other vendors or service providers to financial advisors
  • Identifying opportunities for partnerships
  • Creating introductions to those opportunities
  • Presenting to potential partners
  • Becoming a knowledge expert on the financial advisor industry; staying abreast of industry trends that could impact our business or create new opportunities
  • Supporting the Director of Financial Advisor Partnerships on partnership opportunities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-6 years of being in an enterprise sales or business development role
  • Comfortable presenting to the CEO of a large organization
  • Able to prospect business development opportunities from start to close
  • Self-motivated and disciplined; able to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Quick learner; always eager to better understand your industry and market
  • Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
  • Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
  • Excellent writing skills and comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations
