About the team

The Sales & Account Management team gathers straightforward, energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our advertising products to the market. They build long-term relationships with a wide range of publishers and partners, guiding them to grow their on-line advertising business and stay on top of industry trends and technology best practices.

Key day-to-day responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the acquisition pipeline of new premium publishers from first hello to close
  • Consultatively sell Smart’s full stack offering based upon the needs of publishers, while building senior level relationships across teams
  • Focus on client needs/requirements in order to set short, mid and long-term partnership goals
  • Create custom proposals and communications documents
  • Contribute to building the Smart brand and community in the market.
  • Coordinate with internal product, ops and technical teams to fulfill client needs and provide market feedback and recommendations to affect our products and services

About you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master degree in Business Development / International Business
  • 3+ years of sales experience within the digital industry
  • Proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment at C-level
  • Strategic insight and business acumen with proven creative problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities
  • Strong communication skills

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Working on the AdOps team requires my team and I to collaborate with several teams. Aside from our collaboration with sales, we are consistently brainstorming ideas to bring to the product team to improve overall efficiency and enhance our existing platforms. We also work with tecteam on any existing issues that may negatively affect our campaigns.
