About the team
The Sales & Account Management team gathers straightforward, energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our advertising products to the market. They build long-term relationships with a wide range of publishers and partners, guiding them to grow their on-line advertising business and stay on top of industry trends and technology best practices.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop and manage the acquisition pipeline of new premium publishers from first hello to close
- Consultatively sell Smart’s full stack offering based upon the needs of publishers, while building senior level relationships across teams
- Focus on client needs/requirements in order to set short, mid and long-term partnership goals
- Create custom proposals and communications documents
- Contribute to building the Smart brand and community in the market.
- Coordinate with internal product, ops and technical teams to fulfill client needs and provide market feedback and recommendations to affect our products and services
About you
Minimum Qualifications
- Master degree in Business Development / International Business
- 3+ years of sales experience within the digital industry
- Proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment at C-level
- Strategic insight and business acumen with proven creative problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities
- Strong communication skills
