Business Development & Partnerships Associate
DailyPay (a Series B funded software company) is looking for a BD & Partnership Associate with two to five years of experience in relationship management, and in identifying and executing on opportunities that bring value from a sales, product, and implementation standpoint. You will work closely with the BD and Partnerships Director and will assist on building an internal business case and work with key leaders in Product, Sales, and Management to move these initiatives forward.
Post negotiation and contract, you will manage the relationship between DailyPay and our partners. Additionally, you will work closely with DailyPay Sales Leaders to build out the partnership and communication strategy to our internal sales team.

Salary Range: 80-100,000 per year
What You Will Do
- Support all initiatives of the BD team, from contract negotiations to execution to on-going relationship management
- Devise go-to-market plans to onboard new partners
- Serve as an ongoing relationship manager for partnerships
- Analyze and review performance of BD partnerships
- Develop and maintain financial models for internal partnership analysis
- Support business terms in contract development and legal documents
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (e.g. product management, sales, operations, legal, marketing, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and people skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate and formulate contractual, technical, and financial concepts with partners and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of management consulting/ investment banking experience
The BD & Partnerships team is responsible for exploring new opportunities for DailyPay. The BD & Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners, from human capital management, to paycard providers, to consulting firms to provide:
Lead generation opportunities: These partnerships will result in distribution of our core product by channel partners.
Implementation: These partnerships will result in deep technology integration with DailyPay. Typically, these integrations enhance the end company/user experience by reducing the implementation friction due to direct product integration.
Product Feature: These partnerships will result in adding functionality to the DailyPay UI.
General Branding: These partnerships result in general branding initiatives and communication.
This position will report to the Director of Business Development and Partnerships.
