Altru is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to generate opportunities for our Account Executives, and nurture our robust pipeline of enterprise clients.

 

As a Business Development Representative at Altru you’ll have a direct impact on the business’ bottom line, and contribute to Altrus’ success as the company expands. You will connect and establish key relationships with decision makers at enterprise organizations, and get a front-row seat to a high-growth startup working with some of the most well-known logos in the world.

At Altru, we believe in the power of humanizing the candidate experience by connecting a company's candidates to their employees. We work with some of the world’s largest companies such as Dell, Unilever, and L'Oréal, and our clients have alternatively described us as the Instagram or Snapchat for the recruiting space.

Our mobile-first platform allows candidates engage directly with a company's employees, allowing employees to share their firsthand perspectives through short-form video. Altru's technology allows organizations to create and nurture authentic relationships with their candidates by producing content driven by audience intent.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Drive revenue through meetings set for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to articulate marketplace trends.
  • Leverage Salesforce to build prospect lists, create outbound messaging, and sharing results with the broader team.
     

What we’re looking for:

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Incredible communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Experience cold-calling and emailing a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
  • A high standard of integrity and work ethic, including time management, prioritization and organizational skills
