Job Purpose

The Business Development Representative Manager will play a vital role in leading the BDR teams and building and strengthening relationships with various levels of leadership within the sales structure at Gympass.

What You'll Do...

  • Lead a team of 6-10 BDR’s (Business Development Representative), conducting continuous training and coaching to reach sales KPI’s and goals.
  • Developing a book of business, closely follow daily and weekly KPI’s defined in parallel to company sales goals.
  • Focus on personally and professionally developing your team, with the intention of preparing and coaching the next generation of executives and leaders inside the Gympass organization. You will be responsible for leading and developing Gympass’ most promising talent pool for the coming years.
  • Lead specific projects focused on the evolution of the entire B2B structure as a whole, focus on increasing efficiency, scale, effectiveness and excellence (new tools, new strategies, relationship with other partnering areas of interest, etc.)
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with a various level of leadership within the sales structure in the organization (sales, pre-sales, account management, Growth Marketing, events, among others).

You Should Have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Account Based Selling in a complex and consultative sales environment
  • 0-3 years’ experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management or account management.
  • An understanding of the Predictable Revenue model and hyper-growth outbound sales organizations
  • An understanding of the importance of guaranteeing that everyone on the team has success, and that your success is simply a natural consequence. You get complete and full satisfaction from seeing your team win, as a team.
  • Flexible and Agile in a hyper-growth environment
  • The ability to create strong relationships with your leaders, colleagues, subordinates and clients.
  • A passion for coaching on professional development.
