The Role

Your mission in this role is to generate outbound leads from targeted campaigns and to schedule first meetings and calls between New Business Directors and potential clients. You are also responsible for managing a pilot pipeline to help your New Business Director close pilots. 

Here at Ceros, we use a mix of email techniques and warm calling where you’ll have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business and support our sales team. Since our platform produces interactive visual experiences, we place an importance on email which provides a visual and more productive experience than just calling.

Responsibilities

  • Passionately evangelize Ceros and develop relationships with sales prospects.
  • Build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships using Hubspot, LinkedIn, Salesloft and other platforms.
  • Develop new business opportunities and book meetings through modern prospecting techniques.
  • Identify points of contact within target companies and reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and social media.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Manage pilot pipeline and nurture prospects.
  • Report exclusively through Hubspot CRM.
  • Uphold company values and embrace team culture.
  • Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product.
  • Growth potential, SDRs have a clear growth plan with potential to move up within the company as aligned with company needs 

What We're Looking For

  • Entry level candidate; (0-3) years of sales experience
  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
  • Creativity; "unlock creativity" within the email prospecting campaigns and come up with new techniques
  • Bias towards immediate action and results
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Consummate multitasker who can wear multiple hats
  • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS vertical
  • A track record exceeding targets (Appointments set, Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) generation, etc.)

Ceros employees live and work all over the world, but our HQ is in New York and we’ve got offices in London and Prague.
