Business Development Sales Associate
Our new media company is looking for a Business Development Sales Associate (our first business development hire!) to join the team and help us grow. You’ll be an integral part of our mission to make direct marketing easier for tech and e-commerce brands everywhere.
We’re a startup, so we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and marketing, and enthusiasm for working with clients.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
- Responsible for new client outreach for our direct mail programs
- Manage prospect pool and communication with potential customers.
- Research new potential customers
- Assist in planning new category developments for customer acquisition
- Assist in building out processes for CRM reporting and maintenance
- Determine and form key biz dev partnerships with industry leads, identify new areas of expansion with regards to client acquisition, etc
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales
- Passion for sales, marketing, customer acquisition, brand & account management
- Analytical acumen
- Self-starter and problem solver with a get-it-done attitude
- The ability to work independently and manage relationships
