BetterCloud is looking for an entrepreneurial analyst to join our Business Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and not hesitate to roll up their sleeves and support the company’s operational initiatives. The candidate will play a fundamental role in BetterCloud’s evolving business strategy and operations. In addition, this person will be responsible for research and analysis, as well as ongoing support of BetterCloud’s various business functions.

As an analyst, you will research and analyze new business opportunities and platform integrations that BetterCloud is considering and you’ll be responsible for recommending initiatives and strategies to our management team. As an operator, you will serve as both a project manager and partner to BetterCloud business functions to ensure that those initiatives are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Research new opportunities for BetterCloud’s business and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Distill and define business strategies from incomplete and/or inaccurate data.
• Document and institutionalize these recommendations into digestible assets that BetterCloud can leverage long-term.
• Coordinate and ensure alignment between the various business functions at BetterCloud.
• Track internal progress towards our business goals and ensure accountability and transparency.
• Perform ad-hoc support of BetterCloud’s business as needed.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience: candidates with backgrounds in consulting or as an analyst in an operating company preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Must be entrepreneurial minded and able to influence others to achieve business aims
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and comfortable with ambiguity
