We act as a translation layer between carriers and Insurtech -- those that are transforming the way health insurance and employee benefits are quoted, sold, enrolled and managed. 

Position Overview

We are seeking a carrier development manager to cultivate relationships with health and ancillary carriers. The primary goal of this position is to secure agreements with the carriers under which they will provide Vericred with their plan benefit and rate and provider network data.

Responsibilities Include:

• Initiating, developing and managing carrier relationships
• Securing agreement with carriers to provide Vericred with their benefit and rate and provider network data
• Onboard carriers
• Liaise with data and sales teams on operational issues
• Identify opportunities to drive incremental value back to carrier partners

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years proven success in consultative business development role
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in health insurance ecosystem as a carrier, broker, consultant or in InsurTech
• Passion for creating a new market category and the hard work required to do so
• Willingness to work remotely and travel
