Bizzabo is looking for an experienced Channel Manager to join our team and drive continued partner success. Reporting to the VP of Account Management & Channels, the Channel Manager will be responsible for growing the indirect sales channel in support of Bizzabo’s revenue goals through nurturing strategic partnerships and generating partner opportunities. 

Bizzabo powers immersive in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. The Bizzabo Event Experience OS is a data-rich open platform that allows Event Experience Leaders to manage events, engage audiences, activate communities, and deliver powerful business outcomes — all while keeping attendee data private and secure. Bizzabo powers events for world-leading brands, from Fortune 100 enterprise organizations and financial institutions to creative agencies and scaling tech companies. Bizzabo was founded by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has more than 350 employees in its New York, Tel-Aviv, Kyiv, Montreal, and London offices, as well as 15+ remote locations around the world.

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Creatively build programs and incentives to build pipeline and upsell/cross-sell additional products
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Proactively and creatively engage with our existing partners to maximize their success
  • Work with partners to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Implement scalable processes and tools that set the channel up for long-term success
  • Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Partner influenced pipeline and revenue targets

  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding aggressive growth targets

What you have: 

  • 5+ years of demonstrated channel sales success 
  • KPI-driven mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations
  • Persuasive communication skills with an ability to deeply understand and create value propositions around the goals and challenges of partners
  • Experience managing reseller and referral partners
  • Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong business acumen in managing strategic partnerships including setting GTM strategies and articulating value propositions as it relates to a partner’s strategic imperatives and growth priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multi-functional teams (internal and external, field up to C-level)

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
