Crossix, a rapidly growing marketing analytics company, is seeking a talented Channel Partner with media industry experience to join our team in New York.

In this newly created role, you will act as the liaison between Crossix and the sell-side of the advertising market. You’ll be responsible for all commercial operations related to publishers and media owners – fielding leads, responding to requests, and managing operational processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing inbound requests from media sellers (existing and prospective clients)
    • Leading responses to pre-contract commercial requests (feasibility + pricing, strategic assessment of potential engagements, coordination with core-client commercial teams, proposals)
    • Providing solutions overviews and product trainings to media sellers
    • Coordinating exploration of new capabilities and partnerships (in tandem with Product)
    • Interfacing with media seller stakeholders on behalf of other internal teams
  • Owning commercial operations for Crossix engagements with media owners
    • Managing and improving operational workflows related to publishers and media owners (including sales and contracting cycle, data access/transfer/receipt, and more)
    • Contributing to development of Crossix strategy by maintaining usage statistics and building reports for internal stakeholders
  • Providing account service to existing media seller clients (MVPDs, digital publishers, cable networks)
    • Reviewing and delivering analyses and other contracted work
    • Supporting all media seller client requests (client education, methodology reviews, publisher management)
  • Coordinating exploration of new capabilities and partnerships (in tandem with Product)
    • Coordinating business development conversations with new media owner partners
    • Coordinating and supporting tagging/privacy-related conversations
    • Supporting integrated commercial team in media-related conversations/investigations 

 What You’ve Done

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a Business Development/Sales support function
  • At least 2 years working at a media owner such as an endemic publisher or cable network
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent or higher level of education
  • Superior quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills; comfort with multitasking and handling conflicting priorities
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; active listening abilities, obsessive attention to detail
  • Successful experience in a client-facing role a plus
