Strategic Partnership Executive
As a Strategic Partnership Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing and Channel Partnership team to engage our existing channel partner’s sales organization to drive referrals. Post negotiation and contract by the BD and Partnerships team, you will manage the on-going relationship between DailyPay and our partner’s sales team. This involves reaching out to existing contacts and identifying key sales reps to “champion”.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing team to build a communication strategy and leverage existing content such as educational videos, articles, and case studies. This is a unique opportunity to add value while working closely with the Director of Business Development and Channel Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new referrals by engaging with partner’s sales reps
- Continuously train and educate our partner’s sales team by delivering compelling sales presentations
- Ensure DailyPay is top of mind by leveraging and distributing DailyPay content
- Serve as an ongoing relationship manager for partner’s sales team
- Monitor referral results based on KPIs
- Represent DailyPay at trade conferences, partner conferences and SKOs
Core Competencies and Accomplishments:
- BA/ BS degree and 10+ years of sales experience or customer service experience
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions
- Extensive experience implementing and managing strategic growth plans and strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships and reach resolutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business
