WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the point person responsible for delivering maximum value to both our partner companies and the customers using our platform. It will be your responsibility to develop a unique understanding of our product and how it functions with all parties needs in mind. Successful individuals in this role are able to discuss business strategies while understanding and explaining solutions. This is a cross-functional role within the organization, and therefore must coordinate and leverage multiple functions across Prizeout while remaining personally accountable for everything related to his/her customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 years or more Account Management or Sales experience at a B2B technology company
- Experience developing and implementing account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build rapport in senior customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to succinctly align customer needs with the Prizeout value proposition
- Integrity, humility, team-orientation, and drive for performance
- Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets
- Experience on social media, reseller channels and vertical market
