TITLE: Client Success Manager

The Role:
Canoe is looking for a Client Success Manager to help oversee its client success strategy and drive revenue retention and growth. The Client Success Manager will report directly to the Director of Client Success and will be tasked with owning client relationships and representing client interests within Canoe. You will play a crucial role in growing and scaling the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Own client relationships end to end, ensure clients reach their business goals utilizing Canoe
- Collaborate with team members to oversee and shepherd client renewals, expansion opportunities and acquisition of references
- Create client success plans and execute quarterly business reviews with clients
- Foster product adoption through user training, understanding of client business goals and proactive day-to-day communication
- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, and gather feedback
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
- Set, manage, and communicate client expectations with Canoe’s Product and Engineering teams
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base
What We’re Looking For:
- ~5 years of experience in a client facing/support role, preferably in Finance or SaaS.
- Experience in Sales or track record of client growth preferred
- High energy, optimistic and highly motivated professionals with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills
- Proven ability to build client relationships, demonstrate passion for client success, articulate value and develop trust
- High professional and personal standards
- Hands-on and accountability driven mentality that takes pride in getting the job done accurately in a timely fashion
- Intellectual curiosity, a mind for process, a love of data and a passion for problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- A comfort level with both giving and receiving respectful constructive critical feedback
- All other duties as assigned
