We are getting ready to launch and scale a stealth startup, that will transform the medical aesthetics market and beauty space. With funding already in place, this startup is well positioned to disrupt the multi-billion dollar US medical aesthetics market, infusing cutting edge technology and killer content into an industry primed for innovation. We are looking for an exceptional consumer experience leader who will own the consumer interaction for this venture. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, thoughtful, and passionate about creating a memorable consumer experience and building strong relationships with our consumers.

What You Will Do:

  • Recruit, train and develop a professional consumer experience team which will engage consumers using digital and other means in a manner consistent with the company's mission, brand and reputation and deliver an exceptional consumer experience
  • Lead a team that delivers amazing customer support through email, phone, and live chat (like Zappos)
  • Supervise and coordinate all functions necessary to maximize the daily productivity of the team and ensure consumer needs are met
  • Assist in setting employee performance standards, and with respect to the team being supervised, conduct effective performance-monitoring, coaching, counseling, and employee development activities to maximize focus and produce results during all consumer interactions
  • Stay actively informed about all products and activities of all major companies within the aesthetic market. Maintain close liaison with Content Strategy Lead
  • Expected to solve and respond to complicated or complex issues and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
  • Participate in various projects pertaining to the evolution of the venture strategy and content

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or a closely related field
  • Equivalent of at least four years of prior experience in customer service involving a high degree of customer interface
  • 2+ years of experience working with beauty or aesthetic products preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Experience working within a regulated industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, evaluate and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to multiple concurrent tasks
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Interpersonal skills suited to dealing courteously and professionally with consumers and people within the company
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, in writing and verbally, a plus
