Summary:

We are looking for a passionate critical thinker with proven experience building existing customer relationships to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Associate.

This is a work from home position supporting West Coast clients, ideally this person will be located in PST or MST time zone.

You Will:

• Onboard customers onto the Ocrolus dashboard, tracking the interactions via salesforce
• Train new and existing customers on how to best utilize Ocrolus for their workflow
• Support customer tickets and handle escalations via calls
• Analyze customer ticket trends and represent the existing customer internally

You Should Have:

• 0-2 years of corporate experience, preferably in customer success
• Experience onboarding customers onto a new product
• Experience woking with customers using a SaaS product 
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight or Catalyst is a plus
• Able to communicate with customers in a concise fashion, verbal and written
