Customer Success Coordinator

The Customer Success Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales and Customer Success teams with various tasks that support our efforts to rapidly increase revenue and service our clients. This role provides the right individual with a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of the organization, and sets the stage for career advancement within sales and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Process contracts and make sure data in the CRM system is reflected accurately
- Create and analyze reports/data for internal stakeholders across the organization
- Auditing of various internal systems to ensure accuracy and build our datasets
- Setting up new users and ensuring consistent data collection
- Managing inbound client tech requests
- Logging client interactions including analyst calls
- Monitoring weekly reports and responding to clients as needed
- Ad hoc requests to support the sales organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related field
- 1+ years of internship or working experience in finance or sales related field
- Technologically savvy, Salesforce.com experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self starter who is diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with financial professionals or subscription-based services a plus
