From our sourcing standards to our community involvement to our meal donations, we are striving to change the way offices think about their food programs. We are looking for friendly, ambitious, and entrepreneurial account managers to join our growing Customer Success team. This is an opportunity to join a high growth startup, work with some of the most progressive offices in NYC, and make a significant contribution in the company’s growth and future success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, communicating business amendments and client desires between the two parties.
  • Improve and maintain client retention through regular contact, including feedback collection and specialized client celebration.
  • Support the entire inbound sales process from first point of contact to contract negotiation and ongoing account management.
  • Exude the values and mission of Ripe, alongside a warm personality and a passion for food and wellness.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintain client preferences on our internal tech platform to ensure operations match the needs of our customers.
  • Assist with the design and execution of the Ripe Customer Experience and other account management guidelines.
  • Support event ideation and production for further client engagement.
  • Forge and maintain brand partnerships with like-minded brands, wholesale and sponsorship.
  • Manage written marketing content and propose digital marketing projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of account management experience and/or customer success
  • Passion for food, sustainability, and health and wellness
  • An understanding of the decision-making structure in a small startup environment
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, results-driven, and a team player
  • Experience with office perks, facilities, or food & beverage sales a plus
  • Business Development/Sales experience a plus including CRM management
  • Social media and/or digital marketing experience a plus
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply
