Customer Success Manager at Noom (Greater NYC Area, NY)

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success organization and help Noom’s Healthcare Partnerships Team with launching new partner projects & programs, managing existing partners, and to be an integral part in building the foundation of a growing team. This is a unique opportunity to expand your client management experience working directly with external partners and coordinating work with dynamic multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves healthcare and is excited to navigate complex partner projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead launch of new employer clients and implementation
- Partner with employer clients to launch Noom within their organization
- Manage client implementations simultaneously, launching accounts on time
- Develop, build and reinforce the Noom brand within a new client’s organization
- Lead on-going support of existing employer clients
- Learn all aspects of current book of business
- Work with account managers to drive enrollment within the client population (employees) post-launch
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, both externally and within Noom
- Help inform scalable client implementation processes as we grow the team
- Roll out new client reporting to all clients
- Contribute to both the overarching strategy and the tactical details of new client product initiatives and implementations
- Work collaboratively to define and optimize processes for effectiveness, efficiency and consistency
What We Look For:
- 2 - 3 years experience in implementation management or client services role in digital health, healthcare or SaaS companies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong track record of high client satisfaction ratings and proven renewal success
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to develop and grow relationships with clients
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to understand data and present information to clients
- Experience in working with the full lifecycle of customer success post sales (implementation, adoption, product training, renewals, upsells, and account management)
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings (often on a quarterly basis) and participate occasionally in our NYC office for relationship building and key meetings
