Before Meero came along, a photographer would do a 60 minute photo shoot—and then spend several hours editing the images. Now our machine-learning algorithms are capable of processing photoshoots in just seconds. This allows for faster client delivery, high scalability and standardized quality, helping companies meet their goals with inspiring and realistic photographs. Our cutting-edge technology—along with our network of international photographers—is being used in more than 100 countries by notable clients including Airbnb, Just Eat, Expedia, Trivago and Uber.

Based in New York, your job will consist in taking care of our client's portfolio for our Marketplace businesses (types of clients: Deliveroo, Just Eat etc.) and real estate
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain and develop the relationship with your portfolio in order to increase your client satisfaction and performance
Identify and generate opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Manage a growing number of clients and projects simultaneously
Track, analyze and report the performance of your clients, define action plans to maximize the satisfaction and secure the revenue
Ensure the quality of delivery by verifying and coordinating operations internally
Update clients with new products. This will include product placement & training
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Complete fluency in english
You are results-oriented and really care about your client satisfaction
Previous experience working in a sales / customer service environment preferred
Good interpersonal skills. Rigorous, dynamic and autonomous, you are also results-oriented and very comfortable on the phone
Willingness to build relationships and network across a wide spectrum of clients
