Customer Success Product Specialist

The Customer Success Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the education and adoption of our exciting new data and analytics offering. They will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Editorial to develop a deep understanding of our products and services to directly translate that knowledge into the critical business needs and workflows of our clients. The Customer Success Product Specialist will be a key player in the success of the launch and expansion of this new data and analytics offering, and their role will continue to grow with the development of this new service, other products, and the increasing complexity of the industry and our clients’ goals.
The Customer Success Product Specialist will be experienced in the financial services space while also possessing excellent presentation skills, strong communication, as well as drive and curiosity to build a deep understanding of the complex global credit space.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key driver of awareness, education and adoption of our newest data and analytics offering
- Become a Reorg product expert with a strong understanding of our products, services and the credit investing and restructuring advisory space
- Work closely with Product to understand the inner workings of our new data and analytics offering as well as it’s technical aspect. Work closely with the Editorial team to have a deep knowledge of our content and data sets
- Develop data centric workflows across the Reorg client segments (Legal, Advisory, Buyside, Investment Bank, Corporates)
- Deliver in-depth, diagnostic workflow demos to prospects, launch partners, and subscribers alike, to promote the data and analytics offering and arm our clients with the skills to navigate this powerful and complex product
- Act as the CSM Champion between Product and Customer Success for product launches, new databases and new features to ensure the CSM team has a comprehensive understanding of the new product and various workflows for each client segment. Lead in-depth training sessions for product/feature roll outs to ensure the team is fully prepared to demo to clients
- Act as main liaison between Commercial, Product, and our client base for soft launches, feedback requests and product/database launches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance or a related field
- 4-5+ years of working experience in the financial services space in a customer facing or product based role
- Experience with data products
- Excellent presentation skills, experience in training and demonstrating
- Potential to assist with onboarding new clients and work with a small book of accounts
- A self starter who is diligent and organized but adaptable
