Job Title: Deal Desk Analyst
Location: New York
The Deal Desk Analyst is a key member of the Strategy & Operations team working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Business Strategy & Analytics, and Accounting to ensure all business requirements are met upon contract execution and deal close.
Essential Functions
1. Project Manager of Contract Approval Queue
● Streamline and accelerate contracting process
● Adhere to SLA for each approval team
● Ensure all pertinent program details are recorded accurately within Salesforce
2. Ownership of data within Salesforce.com instance
● Provide guidance to Sales on management of Salesforce
● Manage Salesforce data related to the deal lifecycle
● Build and correct account hierarchy within SFDC
● Provide ongoing support for Sales throughout various stages of an opportunity
● Ad-hoc creation of SF reports and dashboards
3. Extended arm to the Legal team
● Review and compare all NDAs received on Outcome Health paper prior to execution
● Draft contracts and amendments on Outcome Health template
● Review and amend external contracts.
● Escalate non-standard terms to Legal and Leadership team for approval.
4. Cross-Functional Partner
● Partner with Business Operations teams to ensure inventory availability prior to contract drafting
● Consult with Accounting on billing adjustments if needed
