About the team:

The Deal Desk function within the Revenue Operations group will provide strategic, cross-functional and comprehensive assistance to sales contracting and financial compliance, process improvements, and building scalable solutions that help our sales team and leadership make informed decisions, with a focus on streamlining global efforts across the business.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Help pioneer the Deal Desk function at Foursquare
  • Create customized contractual offerings for use at scale for Foursquare upmarket customers
  • Earn trusted advisor status to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions
  • Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (ie: rev ops, finance, product, sales leadership, legal) to help facilitate deal closures
  • Implement existing deal and approval processes that supports a high velocity sales motion
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Provide insight, feedback and make recommendations on strategic company and team initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a deal desk, order management, sales operations, or finance role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency in MS Office or GSuite, Salesforce.com (CPQ a plus)
  • Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is also a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Legal or related competency
