LivePerson is currently seeking a Digital Content Producer to join our Marketing team. You will be a part of the talented, incredibly collaborative, and fully remote creative team.
What you’ll own:
- Partner with subject matter experts across our Marketing and Global Product and Technology (GPT) teams to write, develop, and edit scripts for marketing videos that showcase LivePerson’s solutions, products, and expertise.
- Partner with our Field Marketing and Field teams to write, develop, and edit scripts for our sales video program, which focuses on empowering our sellers to use personalized video as a sales tool
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams, like Product Marketing and Digital Marketing, to write, develop, and edit content for digital platforms outside of video, including our website, blog, email marketing, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
Who are you:
- Well versed in common marketing and media principles with a fluent understanding of video as a sales and marketing tool
- Very entrepreneurial, like to wear many hats and work closely with a cross-functional team
- Comfortable conveying complex topics through simple and engaging language
- Focused on continuous improvement and are never satisfied with the status quo
- A mind for optimization: you strive for zero mistakes or process hiccups; but when they happen, you see them as opportunities to learn, adjust, and improve processes
- Consistently act with integrity and invest in building trust with all colleagues
- Adapt deliverables to meet stakeholder needs; you anticipate obstacles and apply practical solutions quickly
Desired experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a content production or marketing role
- Experience in video production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
