About the Role
The role will be a key member of iCapital’s growing Digital Solutions Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to become immersed in all aspects of the company’s go-to-market sales efforts and to work across different functional areas of the organization including technology, operations, sales, research, product management, marketing, and customer success. Key day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of tactical, strategic, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure our client relationships are managed to achieve long-term success and to optimize revenue potential.
- Provide project management support for high-priority initiatives such as pricing analysis, product strategy, and customer segmentation.
- Lead the initial completion of time-sensitive due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals.
- Actively participate in client meetings and relationship management; meticulously provide and track follow-ups using Salesforce.
- Assist in developing and executing a scalable sales operational framework including the creation of pipeline tracking reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with internal groups and clients to identify, plan, and execute on various sales initiatives. (Webcasts, roadshows, private events, email campaigns, etc.)
- Support both current and prospective client engagements and ultimately manage select relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years relevant professional experience
- Interest in financial technology, alternative investments, and their interrelationships
- Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Committed to team development and knowledge sharing
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding and passion for innovative technology solutions
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
