What this role is about:
As the Director of Account Management, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, and will work closely with customers and partners on onboarding RapidSOS into their product offering to ensure continued relationship expansion and success. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with members of the Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Public Safety organizations to provide an incredible partner experience. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about wearing multiple hats at once, are self-motivated and have low ego, and embody coachability, curiosity, and intellect.
What you’ll do:
Manage post-sales relationship, through implementation, launch, and on-going customer engagement
Build effective strategies, tools, and processes to deliver growth and increased value to our customers.
Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health
Promote client satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each business’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value and exceeding expectations
Collaborate cross-team with Sales, Marketing and Product to streamline workflows and create a seamless customer experience
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
Experience working both independently and collaboratively managing multiple concurrent customers, complex products, and offering bespoke solutions.
8+ years’ work experience in a strategic or analytical role, ideally in a tech company or within a technical sector
Ability to shape end-to-end business processes with objectives, performance criteria, and stakeholder buy-in.
Ability to understand technical requirements of our customers, and articulate RapidSOS features and solutions
A self-starter, motivated by continuously solving hard problems.
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly
Experience working closely with senior executives and driving results with people at all levels
Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
Adaptable, curious, and ready to embrace change in dynamic environments.
