WHAT IS PRIZEOUT?
Prizeout is an advertising technology company with a three-sided marketplace that allows consumers to receive earned or allocated funds via digital gift cards. Our commercial partners offer Prizeout as a withdrawal or disbursement method, while brands can digitally advertise and acquire new customers through Prizeout ad campaigns.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for bringing on new partnerships for Prizeout across the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects and ensure metrics and targets are hit
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to communicate progress, opportunities and risks associated with each prospect
  • Collaborate with the internal functional team members responsible for helping support the sales process
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Prizeout teams including sales, legal, operations, technology, product, and support to achieve desired results
  • Communicate and escalate issues appropriately across internal teams
  • Serve as the voice for clients and prospects and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including technology and product

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of advertising technology, marketing technology, SaaS, or ecommerce sales experience with an understanding of important initiatives to top-level marketing and advertising personnel
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling complex solutions with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Demonstrated success selling various software to enterprises
  • A relationship builder that is humble, engaging, and professionally persistent
  • Strong business sense along with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be willing to work full-time in New York City
