ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Customer Success team at Reonomy is growing quickly and looking for an experienced CS leader to help refine, coach, and ultimately build out our already amazing team of Client Partners. As a Director of Customer Success, you will hire and coach a small but growing team eager to learn from an experienced mentor. Additionally you will create and use best practices to enhance our current processes and lead strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing retention and growth with our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, coach and scale a team of Client Partners
  • Optimize team performance utilizing key metrics and coaching methods
  • Design best practices and procedures that support a top notch customer experience for our clients
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing , Product and Engineering teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
  • Identify improvements of current processes to promote team efficiency
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and reducing churn

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2-4+ years of CS Management experience at a fast growing SaaS startup within a SMB customer environment
  • Proven track record of delivery in a Customer Success environment with a focus on increasing customer NPS, engagement, and retention
  • Inspiring leader with the ability to rally a team towards hitting key KPIs and providing an exceptional experience for our customers
  • Skilled at identifying process improvements and operational excellence within a growing team
  • Imaginative and creative thinking skills with an ability to quickly diagnose problems and zoom out to see the bigger picture for the business
  • Passion for helping others with a strong sense of empathy
