Director - Digital Ad Sales FP&A
Overview
The Director will support the Advertising Sales Business focusing on the Digital Revenue platforms reporting into the CFO US Nets Revenue. The Director will play an integral role in providing significant insights of overall financial performance and data analyses to drive business decisions. This candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills who communicates complex findings articulately and is a proven leader. The Director will forge cohesive and collaborative working relationships with multiple business and finance stakeholders to model both short and long-term financials, incorporate industry headwinds, and create the integrated long-range financial models.
Responsibilities
- Business partner with Advertising Sales and Digital leaders to accurately forecast Advertising Sales Revenue
- Oversee sales analytics and dashboard reporting, identifying key performance indicators and present to stakeholders
- Maintain robust and integrated financial models, scenario analysis, providing actionable recommendations and analysis to stakeholders
- Analyze and monitor forecast revenue vs. targets and proactively work with cross-functional business partners in identifying risks and opportunities
- Lead the weekly FP&A meetings with Ad Sales leaders and Pricing & Planning
- Partner with accounting and billing team during on month and quarter-end close reporting, improving accuracy and efficiency in forecasting
- Manage month and quarter-end FP&A process
- Develop and maintain annual budget and long-range plan financial models
- Prepare presentations with recommendations and summaries of financial results and forecasted results to senior leaders including digital sales metrics and KPIs
- Establish highly collaborate cross-functional relationships across digital and ad sales stakeholders
- Lead ad-hoc projects and financial analyses as needed, including competitive benchmark analytics and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and experience managing finance staff
- Proven track record of advanced analytics and must be able to define, execute and collaborate with minimal supervision
- Superior problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage numerous projects with competing timelines
- Exceptional communication, analytical and collaborative skills
- Ability to project lead and drive progress forward
- High standards of accuracy and precision
- Proficiency in excel and demonstrated technical skills in building agile and intuitive financial models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and interact with all levels of the organization
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
