Garner Health is a seed-stage health tech startup that works with employers to get their employees to the best quality providers. By conducting analytics on individual doctors, changing the financial incentives baked into normal health insurance plans, and offering consumer-friendly tools, Garner guarantees employers a 10% savings on healthcare costs while improving quality outcomes for employees.

The company is led by Nick Reber who was on the leadership team at Oscar Health, a technology-driven, consumer-focused health insurance company that Nick helped grow to over $2 billion in revenue. Garner has secured venture funding and is building out its pre-launch team in the areas of data science, product, and engineering.

We’re looking for a Director of Enterprise Accounts to be the voice of the customer within Garner. You will be responsible for relationship management with Garner’s anchor customers as we bring our product to market. This includes making sure that we are aligned with customers on strategic goals and what success looks like. You will be in charge of defining and managing customers through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and retention.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer journey from introduction through onboarding
  • Manage customer relationships via ongoing communication and pipeline tracking
  • Consult with customers to understand needs and deliver customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to further define Garner solutions and roadmap
  • Oversee distributed team of sales advisors to drive qualified inbound leads
  • Define success KPIs and develop customer onboarding plans

Ideal qualifications:

  • 4-7 years experience managing large enterprise account relationships in B2B SaaS
  • Highly organized and proven success managing complex customer rollouts against tight timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments
  • An obsession with client happiness; you succeed when they succeed
  • Bonus points for experience in the employer health and benefits industry
