ROLE:

We’re looking for a Director, National Consulting Partnerships who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes.  To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we have created a single digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits & virtual care. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop a highly customized strategy for partnering with the top employee benefits consulting firms (Aon and Willis Towers Watson would be the priority)
  • Leverage existing national network with target firms to drive broad-based awareness of Rightway’s products and engagement with our team
  • Lead all aspects of partnership development, including outreach, pitching, partnership structuring, contracting, and sales lead coordination
  • Serve as a thought leader for Rightway among consultants and help develop content that conveys Rightway’s value proposition (e.g., webinars, white papers)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support across the partnership development process, lead gen, and client implementations  
  • Conduct initial lead qualification and hand off to regional Sales leaders as appropriate


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 8+ years experience as a benefits consultant with national scope (minimum 3 years at Aon or Willis Towers Watson)
  • Strong network of relationships across Aon and/or Willis Towers Watson, including with the national Health & Benefits leadership and key regional leadership
  • Experience with business development and long-term relationship management 
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and execute against them
  • Exceptional written / verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial spirit with a “get it done” mentality
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business or healthcare is a plus
  • Willingness to travel ~25% of the time when it is safe
