Piano is seeking a Director of Partner Alliances to accelerate growth and add value to our existing products and services through strategic partnerships. You will work to ensure the organization is able to effectively support sales in defining strategies, business plans and initiatives to build partners to drive pipeline and progress opportunities to close.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the channel contribution to the annual operating plan for new business through prospecting, acquiring, and developing strategic partnerships
- Define and develop requirements for both technology and channel partner programs
- Establish, implement and successfully execute partnership strategies with internal and external channels
- Maintain and grow relationships with current partners by ensuring terms and deliverables are met with existing and new agreements
- Identify and recruit new alliance partners in key markets to support strategic corporate initiatives
- Effectively communicate Piano solutions and services and a possible joint value proposition
- Develop sales enablement programs and go-to-market programs to drive joint engagement and support partners
- Assist Partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development and partner alliances
- Clear track record of managing and delivering cross-functional projects that accelerate sales revenue
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management both inside and outside of Piano
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills to manage multiple competing priorities and projects with attention to detail
- SaaS experience required
