Director of Partnerships

The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for the entire purview of BentoBox’s current and future partnerships. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee the existing partnership managers while creatively pursuing new channels to help fuel BentoBox’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully uncovering, negotiating, and implementing large-scale, complex business partnerships for a product-driven company.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and negotiate new partnership opportunities that increase distribution, enhance BentoBox’s product positioning, and/or improve BentoBox’s bottom line
- Work closely with partner managers to develop, grow, and optimize existing partnerships
- Design systems and dashboards that track metrics and analyze data to accurately measure partnership impact
- Build and manage a best-in-class partnerships team. Train and retain top talent as business grows and needs evolve
- Work closely with Product & Engineering Teams in pursuing new partnerships that strengthen BentoBox’s core platform offering
- Work closely with both Sales Operations and Sales Teams to determine appropriate sales strategy with existing partners
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to execute on partnership marketing campaigns that increase awareness and drive sales

- Up to 33% travel required

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Can communicate effectively and convincingly with people from different backgrounds and technical skill levels Understands the audience that is receiving the message and adapts accordingly
- Urgency and hustle are part of your DNA; can motivate both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes on accelerated timelines
- Demonstrated knowledge of software products that enhances the ability to identify and negotiate successful partnerships
- Astute deal-making skills; can navigate complex negotiations that deliver impactful results for BentoBox and our customers
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing a team that continuously delivers exceptional results
- Restaurant industry knowledge a plus
- Significant experience in a Sales, Business Development, and/or Partnerships role including relevant management experience
