Director of Partnerships
This is an exciting time to join us as the first Head of Partnerships!
At MaestroQA, we believe people remember how you make them feel and we've set out to reshape the entire customer service industry around this idea. We've launched our initial product to help teams measure and coach their teams to deliver better customer experiences, and have over 200 customers around the world, but we're just getting started.
Our partners have always been an incredible part of our success - we work closely with Zendesk, Lessonly, Guru, Tymeshift, and many more to help bring the customer service industry forward.
This is where you come in.
You will formalize, operationalize, and execute our Partner Strategy. Ultimately, a great partner strategy will develop relationships with Sales Leaders, Customer Success Leaders, and Individual Contributors at our Partners. Through these relationships, you will share what's new at Maestro, what's new at on our partner's side, find both sales and marketing engagements to collaborate on, and ultimately - drive new leads and influence opportunities in our pipeline.
Partnerships plays a strategic role in the growth of our business and industry - we're excited to share all the hidden secrets of how we've done it today and learn from you on how we can elevate it to the next level!
We are based in NYC, will support a combination of onsite and remote work, and offer competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and 401k.
