Director, Sales Enablement Programs


Reporting to the VP of  Sales Enablement, the Director, Sales Enablement Programs, will be key to the success, growth and scale of the Collibra sales organization.The Sales Enablement team is responsible to onboard, drive productivity, gain adoption of sales methodology and process through measurement, and grow sales skills that create an effective, efficient and functional cloud-first sales organization that exceeds customer expectations.

The Director, Sales Enablement at Collibra is responsible to:

  • Develop and implement a cadence for enablement that supports sales plays, sales methodologies and monthly releases
  • Define the sales learning path with role-based skill to facilitate growth and achievement of sales career development objectives as well as sales targets
  • Define role-based learning KPIs, and establish an analytical approach to measuring outcomes consistently, gathering feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy and drive visibility to performance data 
  • Maintain sales enablement tools, systems and software to ensure they are easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need while leveraging a program management approach to all enablement efforts


You Have:

  • 10 + years experience in enablement, learning, PMO and/or Change or Transformational program operations
  • The knowledge to build impactful programs through understanding people, process, tools and systems; using creative problem-solve in time-sensitive situations
  • The ability to relate to the sales environment, designing sales competencies, content and learning management systems and tools with a tendency to think holistically 
  • A deep desire to drive productivity, to deliver the best possible programs - from onboarding and throughout the seller lifecycle to support seller success
  • An understanding of behavior change approaches with an eye to detail to build trust, resilience and collaboration across stakeholder groups

Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Sales Enablement, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will build processes and analytical approach to support enablement programs
  • Within your third month, you will establish a regular cadence of enablement with a standard bill of materials, across tools and systems
  • Within your sixth month, you will have a clear metrics dashboard and approach to evaluating consistently enablement program impact on the business
