You’ll be responsible for:
- Cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Client Success, Marketing and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across the sales team.
- Tracking and managing projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition and workflows to monitor overall sales health.
- Managing Salesforce data, including uploading customer information/territory information, etc. and ensuring all data uploaded is clean, accurate and complete at all times.
- Overseeing all sales applications to ensure data accuracy and account success, including but not limited to, salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot and more.
- Overseeing account executives territory assignments, event coverage, and meeting collateral needs.
Supporting the SVP, Sales in managing the day-to-day rhythm of sales operations.
Your qualities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales operations experience
- Technology or software experience preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM a plus
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, highly accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal skills. Able to explain complex data in a simple and easily understandable way. Comfort in interacting with and presenting to senior leaders in the organization
