Ogury is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine Ogury’s Sales Ops function and make a significant impact on our future. The Sales Operations Manager role is highly collaborative and integral to the success of our Americas Sales team.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead initiatives within the four pillars of success: 
  •  Planning – Develop, manage and support quarterly planning processes, partnering with FP&A and Senior Leadership in revenue forecasting, market analysis and insights.
  •  Strategy – Evaluate the current strategy, provide insights and recommendations involving pitch process, sales strategy, market segmentation, sales person territories, organization, product adoption and product value proposition. 
  •  Process – Design, build, and own processes that support our scaling business including sales and ad ops incentive plan (SIP) management, rules of engagement, pricing and product offerings, CRM best practices, and training. 
  •  Reporting – Provide cadenced delivery of KPI’s, ownership of definition, and develop dashboards all while automating to scale with the organization.
  • Perform advanced adhoc analyses requiring understanding of multiple areas of the business (including revenue, pricing, inventory costs, product roll out, etc).
  • Build relationships with commercial leadership and their teams to become a true business partner, driving insights and building strategies.
  • Create detailed presentations in order to present findings to senior leadership across multiple functions.
  • Develop, maintain and update systems critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and commercial team performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end users of our CRM, supporting rollout of new processes and features to local commercial teams.
  • Showcase strong project management skills to support our growth and organizational changes.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Operations or FP&A role with increasing responsibilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment and work under tight deadlines to prioritize multiple deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to take ambiguous or complex scenarios and effectively communicate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with commercial leadership and their teams : Sales, Customer Success, and Ad Operations.
  • Highly analytical & highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Power Query experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience required. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience with sales incentive management is a plus.
