We are looking for a highly energetic, driven professional with a strong track record of sales excellence to join our team. Candidates will be expected to leverage their sales experience to institute best practices and processes to the Swipecast organization and ensure that the efforts of the team are both coordinated and focused. The Director of Sales role is for the candidate who is both a salesperson themselves, consistently selling and winning business, as well as someone who is capable of hiring, mentoring, and growing a team of dedicated salespeople.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a robust sales process, from goal-setting to post-sales activities, that can be adopted by the entire sales team

  • Interact with clients at all levels across the fashion industry and business world, both small brands as well as large enterprise clients

  • Build and manage a highly qualified sales team

  • Set and develop sales goals to collaboratively build out Swipecast's sales pipeline

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through customized follow-up communications for each freelance category: models, photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, creative directors and more

  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced, qualified opportunities and closed business

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top institution

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, ideally fashion-related, with 5+ years of sales management experience

  • Ability to sell an app and tech-based platform

  • Experience problem-solving and managing a team

  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Consistently high energy and a positive attitude
