Fast growing workforce management platform looking to hire our first sales leader to help drive our growth. Big opportunity for early stage equity with a great product and huge market opportunity. 

  • AllWork helps luxury brands manage on-demand retail workforces using our cloud based software and payroll services platform.
  • As freelancers grow to 40% of the workforce companies urgently need technology to find, manage and pay this new workforce. The timing is perfect for this product.
  • We need an experienced sales leader who knows how to build a lead funnel, close deals, and create a high performing sales function to help the company achieve it's revenue goals.
  • Experience selling into retailers, consumer brands, luxury goods, apparel, and or beauty very helpful.
  • Previous work with SaaS software, PEO's, Payroll companies or staffing agencies also a great background to have.

 

Key success factors

  • Superior prospecting, presentation and closing skills
  • High level of comfort with technology, software and how to translate features in benefits and value to our prospects.
  • Be able to sell a solution to multiple buyers within each prospect
  • Executive presence to meet with C level buyers and represent at industry conferences
  • Way above average drive and motivation to be successful

 

This position requires that you are located in the New York City area.
