Summary

Boutir is a Video-centric commerce platform to run and grow online + offline business. With our industry leading technology, Boutir brings the Next Generation Video Shopping Experience to Consumers and Merchants that increases Engagement and Conversion.

We are building a global team and looking for a talented, creative, and adaptable leader to support the growth of our sales pipeline opportunities. You are flexible to change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and excited about advancing your career in SaaS sales.

You will be part of the team that shapes how transactions take place for the new age customer. The team is responsible for end-to-end development and deployment of Boutir’s commerce partnership strategy to drive ongoing growth of mutually beneficial partnerships across a global team.


What you’ll be doing

  • In partnership with leaders across the business and engineering, identify strategic opportunities to expand payment and commerce ecosystem partnerships to gain scale in Hong Kong and internationally
  • Develop strategy for scoping partnerships, manage process end-to-end, and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; continuously influence insights and strategic recommendations to product stakeholders
  • Source, structure, and negotiate contracts and deal terms with new and existing partnerships while building and tracking key metrics to support ongoing partnership management
  • Evaluate different use cases and partnership constructs to support the future growth which include social commerce, video and live commerce, store traffic aggregator and marketplace development
  • Maintain deep expertise in the company’s product and business objectives to continuously identify strategies and processes to scale commerce partnerships globally while strengthening our team and position in the marketplace


We’ll be excited if you have

  • BA/ BS degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in managing partner relationships for 3+ years
  • Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 The role may be hybrid in our Hong Kong office. For remote, we are looking for candidates in Hong Kong.
