Is This Role Right for Me?

Our Director of Strategic Partnerships will be essential in owning the effective operationalization and overall success for our lending partners. If you’re interested in the position, here are a few things you’ll get to do and the qualifications that will make you successful in this role.

As our Director of Strategic Partnerships, You’ll Get to...

• Create effective sales processes through a combination of efficient workflow and technology enhancements.
• Be accountable for and maintain all operational aspects of day-to-day partner management for utmost success and achievement of joint funding volume goals.
• Develop strong relationships with partners; identify decision makers and leverage relationships to grow partnerships over time.
• Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem solve with partner stakeholders.
• Work effectively across the Fundera organization to serve your most crucial stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing.

We’re Looking for People Who Have...

• ~8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales operations, and/or partner management.
• Management consulting or investment banking experience and/or 5+ years in a partner management or client-facing role preferred.
• Direct experience in project management and driving results through operational change.
• Ability to manage internal and external partners toward the best outcome.
• A resourceful and action-oriented spirit, with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mind, and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and the Google Drive software suite.
• Previous experience with banks or lending a plus.
