One Drop is hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our Commercial organization, focusing on cultivating a network of strategic partners to advance our strategic vision and accelerate growth. Reporting to our SVP of Commercial Strategy, this person will identify, secure, and manage promotional, product, and commercial partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who does not need to operate linearly and who can think outside the box to develop win-win partnerships.

You'll make an impact by:

• Cultivating partnership opportunities that increase One Drop’s commercial reach, drive brand awareness, and strengthen our offering
• Serving as One Drop’s point-of-contact across our network of strategic partners
• Partnering closely with the Marketing team secure and execute cross-promotional opportunities
• Partnering closely with the Product team to identify, recommend and manage complementary product opportunities
• Developing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform One Drop’s partnership strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Leadership Team

You'll bring:

• 5+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or similar
• BA or BS required; MBA preferred
• Experience with Business Development, Contract Negotiation, and Strategy Development 
• Understanding of the digital health industry
• Excellent project management and communication skills
