About the Position:
Riskified’s fraud prevention solution is attracting top brands in the U.S. and Europe. Our Growth team manages large scale mid-market and enterprise sales deals, and we are looking for a Director of Sales Operations for our NYC team to become the backbone of our global sales organization.
As the Director of US Sales Operations, you will report to Head of Global Sales Operations in Tel Aviv and work closely with our Growth leadership team in New York. You will be engaged in both strategic planning and hands-on operations and support of B2B sales; Lead analysis to define our strategy, support our GTM decisions, improve our deal cycle efficiency, define processes and monitor performance. The Director of Sales Operations will serve as a key player and have direct impact on Riskified’s ability to reach our annual goals and continue to grow.
What You’ll Get To Do With Us:
Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and manage actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales processes and operations
Support GTM decisions; perform market research and other business analysis to help define Riskified's strategy
Lead and provide strategic guidance and hands-on management of sales optimization programs including segmentation, sizing, alignments and targeting
Quota setting and territory alignment; work with sales leadership to design, implement and monitor territory, account, and opportunity plans
Define, monitor and work to improve cross functional business processes to ensure optimal sales execution and results
Lead short and long term revenue projections and budgeting
Create actionable and measurable KPIs, monitor and create accurate reporting for our Growth department to continuously improve performance and maintain our business health
Manage Riskified’s infrastructure to support the sales process and enable our Growth team to execute the business plan
About You:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business role
BSc in a quantitative discipline, MBA preferred
Extensive experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management and sales process
Excellent interpersonal skills with the natural ability to influence others outside direct control (matrix management)
Ability to form strategic insights by analyzing various data sources
Proactive approach, independent and autodidact
Exceptional analytical skills
Adaptable to rapidly changing and growing environment
Creative, out of the box thinker
It Would Be Great If…
You have experience working with Tableau & CRM, SQL tools
You have a background in Sales Operations, B2B Enterprise Sales or Management Consulting
