About You

  • You have 4+ years of outside B2B experience in a sales role targeting healthcare professionals
  • Proven sales success. Ability to get things done. Highly competitive.
  • Strong communicator and presenter: You love talking to people and understand their wants and needs.
  • Track record of developing key relationships.
  • Coachable. Openness to feedback and learning. Constantly looking to improve and win.
  • Highly Organized: Excellent organization skills. Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Solutions Oriented: You’re always driving to perform. You have the ability to analyze complicated issues and offer insights to how they might be addressed.
  • Agile Thinker: You are flexible and able to excel in an environment of quick change and improvement.

About the Role

  • Partner with healthcare professionals and those involved with patient care as an industry expert to educate them on Capsules offerings.
  • Lead generation, appointment setting, sales presentations and developing new accounts.
  • Identify, target and develop long lasting relationships with physicians and staff to increase Capsules market share.
  • Sell in a changing healthcare environment, utilizing a strategic mindset and critical thinking to understand challenges within the landscape.
  • Achieve high sales growth and deliver strong sales results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to gather, analyze and grow business.
  • Show high integrity and be a brand ambassador both in and outside the office.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to handle complex issues and increase sales.
