Employer Partnerships and Business Development Associate

Some things you will work on:
- Work closely with the Employer Partnerships Lead to develop 30M’s outreach strategy, including market segmentation, sales process, and content
- Research accounts and key stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for prospecting and relationship development
- Generate qualified leads to set meetings with Employer Partnerships Lead
- Build and maintain Thirty Madison’s profile on key vendor directory websites, including developing expertise around relevant proposal platforms
You should have:
- 2-4 years of experience in an external-facing role. Prior experience within the employee benefits space is a major plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a comfort across email, phone, and other sales channels. You love a good networking opportunity and opt for the creative approach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach.io or similar tools is preferred.
- Passion for the Thirty Madison mission of expanding access to healthcare and motivated by our impact.

How we are managing through the COVID pandemic and its impact on our team?
