Why we’re hiring
This critical role will focus on three key areas of enablement in our organization; client, partner, and internal. This new role reporting to the VP of Client Success & Solutions will build a program from the ground up to ensure that the entire Alloy ecosystem understands our product, industry, and best practices. The ultimate goal is to ensure our teams, clients, and partners are onboarded, ramped, and continuously educated, evaluated, advised and equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors they need to sell, partner, and engage with Alloy successfully.
What you’ll be doing
- Working across the entire organization of SMEs (including Sales, Client Success, and Product) to build a curriculum strategy that enables people to sell, service, and understand Alloy and our industry
- Executing on that curriculum to build a learning portal (using a SaaS based LMS) for clients, partners, and Alloy employees; this portal will be built in stages with the client portal built first
- Acting as project manager to ensure that content is created (by yourself and / or SMEs) and deployed properly in the LMS system
- Partnering with Marketing to execute client focused webinars on a monthly basis that are engaging and informative to our client base
- Collaborating closely with the Alloy Partner Success Manager (PSM) to ensure partner enablement is effective and well-served
- Spearheading academies where our clients can meet in person with both Alloy and industry influencers for both education and networking (pandemic pending)
- Creating and analyzing data points on the efficacy of the above efforts to constantly tweak our enablement strategy
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in enablement experience in a SaaS based company
- Preferably someone with experience in external enablement (client and partner)
- Previous experience in building a partner learning portal from the ground up with any of the top tier LMS software options
- Previously executed an in person training session or sessions such as an academy or learning days
- Someone with excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to distill complex concepts in a simplified way
- Experience creating content and presenting in both 1:1 and group settings
- Someone who is excited to grow with Alloy, our client, and partners
