Enterprise Account Executive at Bread
Bread is a technology company that aims to transform the way the world shops online and makes essential purchases affordable. We build tools, technologies and APIs that allow e-commerce merchants to integrate installment loan financing and other alternative payment products anywhere in their customers’ shopping journey. The Enterprise Account Executive position is an essential, strategic component of the Bread Sales team, responsible for driving new merchant partnerships from prospecting to close. The Enterprise Account Executive has a thirst for knowledge, is highly detail oriented, and is driven to succeed and exceed goals.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, etc.
Eight or more years of SaaS sales selling into enterprise clients in a consultative manner, managing 6-12 month complex sales cycles
Existing pipeline of clients and executive level relationships within the e-commerce/retail/marketing field
Essential Job Functions
Sales Strategy: Develop and succeed against a detailed territory plan. Drive new business via new lead development. Meet or exceed sales targets to include closing seven-to-nine figure deals. Demonstrates an understanding of e-commerce landscape, tools, technologies and optimization strategies
Business Development: Review and understand client needs for financing and craft consultative solutions to meet client goals. Understand and be able to clearly communicate Bread’s solutions, value proposition and competitive advantages. give credible technical demonstrations along with product, marketing, and account management colleagues. Contribute to Bread’s overall go-to-market strategy and direction
Relationship Management: Works effectively with team to present business issues and proposed alternatives. Work as an integral part of a team to ensure timely and successful service launch. Help develop and evolve Bread’s overall prospecting strategy and approach. Adaptable to an ever changing environment.
Organization and Communication: Remain self-motivated to be effective, efficient, and complete work independently. Remain organized, and prioritize work on multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills when working with and presenting to internal and external partners. Maintains an approachable attitude and high energy level.
